Image metadata is extracted and displayed based on the data in the original image file. Depending on how and where this image file was created, this metadata may or may not be entirely accurate. Address information based on the location metadata of where an image was taken ("reverse geocoding") is resolved using an external service, and may or may not be entirely accurate.

Reverse geocoding is done using the service komoot photon. This service uses data from OpenStreetMap, licensed under the Open Database License.
Image metadata is extracted using https://github.com/mattiasw/ExifReader, licensed under the Mozilla Public License v2.0.
